Record, prepare and distribute copies of meeting minutes and maintain all records of the strata corporation, handle all correspondence and information requests for the strata corporation

Bylaw Enforcement

Assist the strata council in enforcing the strata corporation bylaws, rules, and fines

Filing

File any amendments to the by-laws with the appropriate land titles office

Information Distribution

Ensure all new and prospective owners and their agents receive the appropriate information pertaining to the strata corporation and their land parcel
